Orifice Adapter Kit

Orifice Adapter kit includes all tools needed to assemble M-100 adapters.
Explanation of Tools & How to Install the M-100 Adapter
First, remove the existing orifice from the appliance and insert it into the TL- 074 Anvil where it is secured
by the thumb screw.
Next, ream out the orifice using the TL- 070 Reamer in conjuction with TL- 061 Handle; Always turn the
reamer in one direction.
This will provide the proper size hole for the adapter.
Remove the orifice from the anvil. Insert adapter (which is tapered to allow for insertion) into the reamed hole.
Place the orifices the end of the anvil. Use the TL- 063 Driving Tool and strike with hammer to fully position
adapter. This tool is designed so that it will not damage the orifice channel during insertion. On end of anvil
will be found a small counter sunk hole located off-center, place head of adapter into this hole.
With the orifice in this position, insert the TL- 062 Crimping Tool and strike once or twice. This will flare the
adapter and allow an uninterrupted flow of gas.
